  4. The finger function allows you to request details of the known users on a 
  5. remote TCP/IP system and if a specific user is named then it will display
  6. the full details on that user.

  10.      F               - on it's own gives the list of users at this site.
  11.      F @<host>       - gives a list of users at a remote TCP/IP site.
  12.      F <user>        - lists details of a user at this site.
